Society of Oregon Committees
(updated 11/04/2009)
The Jazz Society of Oregon is an all volunteer
organization with a working Board of Directors. As we work on projects
that lead toward accomplishing our overall goals, a coordinating
Director notifies each committee of tasks needed to complete the
project.
If you have an interest in helping on any
committee, please contact the Director listed for that committee. When
a task needs to be done by the committee, you will be contacted to see
if you are able to help at that time.

The Marketing, Events and Media Committee members are the folks who sell the

live jazz performance other than in concert/festival settings. This
group coordinates with the Clubscene editor and writers, provides links
between JSO and musicians, publicizes local jazz performances, and works to increase audiences in our local venues.
